" Most films are never produced; they exist only in the heads of those who conceive them... No Parking Tonight is the project of a potential film to be presented in Harvard yard "

Pierre Giner

"No Parking Tonight" is a temporal and topological meditation, a deconstructed object of language combining images in motion, sound track, messages, signs, as well as the trajectories and reflections of the wanderer-spectator.
